More Cute Spiders!

I wouldn't mind getting caught in this web.
Actually, that's Lucky St. James (aka Juliana Mabry) doing her Burlesque act at Le Cabaret Rouge in Houston. Très beau!
Her father built the spider web and frame that she uses for this bit. He told her "I don't want to know what it's for."

Hey, she's covered-up.
You don't see anything there that you wouldn't see with a bathing suit on.
Besides, this is cultural and artistic. I mean, the place has a French name and all that.
Sheeesh!

Of course, that is bacause you are Canadian. You do not share the strange aversion which most Amerians have regarding the human body. Whereas, most people in the world would look at that image and see a cute petite lady doing a funny stage act about a black widow tempting her mate...the average American will point at it and giggle, saying "Oooh, look at the boobies!" Then John Ashcroft and Phyllis Schafley will smash the monitor using large mallets.

No. Some of us don't look at it and giggle looking at the 'boobies'... what I see is pasties, which conjur up ideas of crass strippers in unseemly men's clubs. And no, she's not trying to tempt a spider, she's temtping men.

Some of us have been quite damaged by our fathers/pornography/aldulterous relationships. And we simply don't like those things. We know what can come it. What seems innocent to you is huge billion dollar business aimed at destroying families and thereby destroying cultures. And I guess unless your family/life had been destoyed by it, you wouldn't understand.

So my vote is for the tarantula. lol

Well, I giggle and look at the boobies. But, then I am an American.
